For properties like this one that have great views I utilize drone photography to give Buyers a chance to see the real value of the home before their showing. Once under contract, Buyers will always continue to view the listing, as well send to family/co-workers for their opinion. If the listing doesn’t show well through photography the feedback won’t be good and could sway the Buyers to terminate their contract.
