“This kitchen and master bathroom remodel was in a 1920’s historic row house in the up and coming LoHi neighborhood, only one mile from downtown Denver. The owners wanted to maintain the traditional design of the home but desperately needed to renovate the kitchen to make it more user-friendly, as well as more open to the dining room. The master bedroom had an en-suite bathroom but it was extremely small so we greatly expanded it and created a luxurious master suite, which included custom lavatory and custom furniture in the bedroom. The goal of the project was to have an updated kitchen design and master bathroom design to perform in a modern fashion without being too different from the historic style of the home.”
