Denver’s Economic Diversification

Denver Real Estate is usually spoken about in sub areas, such as “the highlands“, “berkeley“, “sloan’s lake” to name a few on the west side of town. On the east side, “city park“, “five points“, “cheesman park“, “capitol hill“, “congress park” to name a few. Currently, I have been working in the Denver NorthEast area of town rehabbing old turn of the century properties that have been very popular with buyers of late.
