I recently represented Sellers on this updated single family home in the Stonegate subdivision of Parker, CO. Sellers did a great job getting their home ready for sale as there are quite a bit of other homes for sale in Stonegate/Parker currently. The additional staging work paid off as they were able to get several parties interested which resulted in an above listing price sale.
