Recently I was hired to market and sell a past client’s 2nd home in the Granby Ranch resort community. This wasn’t your average mountain home as it had more upgrades than most! Only 5 yrs old it was constructed with the finest materials and craftsmanship you can find (many of the finishes were brought in from all over the world). This sale shattered the previous all time high sale in Granby Ranch!!

While the name of this site is Denver Investment Properties, I’ve been working Grand County, Colorado (Winter Park/Fraser/Tabernash/Granby/Grand Lake) now for 6 yrs helping both 2nd home owners, as well investors/developers.

Obviously a bidding war ensued here ending with the Sellers getting 200k over asking price!
